Ysatys undertakes to respond within 8 days of receipt of the e-mail. In this case, the client will have to indicate his contact details (i.e. name, address and country of delivery).
Only orders that include the following information will be taken into consideration:
– The identity of the Customer (name and surname);
– The precise billing and delivery addresses;
– Bank details;
– The designation, size and quantity of the Goods ordered;
– Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
For custum-made product, a contact form will enable the Customer to contact directly the Seller’s design studio in order to make the Goods made to measure according to the Customer’s specifications, needs and wishes.
After receiving confirmation of payment of the order by the bank, the Seller will send the Customer a summary of the order, including the order number, the Goods ordered and their price, these General Terms and Conditions or a link to them, as well as an indication of the probable execution time of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend, cancel or refuse a Customer’s order, in particular in the event that the data communicated by the Customer proves to be manifestly erroneous or incomplete or when there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
In the event of cancellation of the order by the Customer after its acceptance by the Vendor, for any reason whatsoever, except in the case of force majeure, a sum equivalent to 30% of the price of the order shall be acquired by the Vendor, by way of damages and interest.
All orders are shipped by La Poste (France and UE) or DHL or FEDEX. You may specify another delivery address on the day of the order, for example your business address (registered). YSATYS offers free standard delivery for orders over 200 € in France.

First Order Policy
For security reasons, YSATYS reserves the right to ship first orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or business address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please ensure that you provide the correct billing and shipping information asso- ciated with your credit/debit card when ordering.
YSATYS insures each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders must be signed for upon delivery, the responsibility for the shipment is then assumed. If you have specified a recipient other than you for delivery, you also agree that the signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and performance by YSATYS.
YSATYS’ return policy is 14 days for Goods: you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to send it back. In order for the return to be offered, it must be sent back from the same country in which you were delivered. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
The Consumer does not have the right to retract if the Good is custom-made or personalized specifically for the Consumer.

Any package returned after the deadline will be refused and returned to sender. No package returned in cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
